In a country that is full of milk and honey – it’s hard not to be fat.

Anyone who has visited the United States is familiar with diner restaurants, which serve hot cherry pie alongside steaming coffee,  the fast food eateries, and the heavy “soul food” (fried chicken and so) of the African Americans people.You can get  all of this food and more – and for cheap! In fact, industrialized and fast food in the United States seems to be cheaper than a healthy diet consisting of vegetables and fruits.
